IntelliBridge announced the promotion of Jesse Levine to Senior Vice President and General Manager of its Federal Law Enforcement & Intelligence Division. Levine joined IntelliBridge in August 2022 as Vice President, National Security & Law Enforcement where he led IntelliBridge’s growth efforts, expanding the company’s analytic, technical, and mission support services within federal law enforcement and intelligence agencies.
Jesse possesses strong operational experience and senior executive leadership in the national security and law enforcement sector, with 22 years’ experience at the FBI. Prior to joining IntelliBridge, Levine served as the Special Agent in Charge of the Intelligence Division of the New York FBI field office. In 2020, Levine served as Deputy Assistant Director of the Counterintelligence division at FBI headquarters in Washington, DC., where he led the Russia/Global Mission Center and the FBI’s efforts to defeat foreign intelligence activities targeting the United States. Prior to these roles, Levine’s FBI career included multiple leadership assignments in counterterrorism, counterintelligence, and crisis management across the Bureau.

Before joining the FBI in 2001, Mr. Levine was a psychiatric social worker at a psychiatric hospital in New York. He earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the State University of New York at Albany and a master’s degree in social work from Adelphi University in New York.
