Januaury 2020, Fairfax, VA — Alethix, a leading strategic IT consulting services company has been appraised at level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) for Software Development. The appraisal was performed by Global Certification Services LLC in December 2019.
CMMI is a capability improvement framework that provides organizations with the essential elements of effective processes that ultimately improve their performance.
An appraisal at maturity level 3 indicates the organization is performing at a “defined” level. At this level, processes are well characterized and well understood, and are described in standards, procedures, tools and methods. The organization’s set of standard processes, which is the basis for maturity level 3, is established and improved over time.

Alethix LLC Certified for ISO 9001:2015 Compliance
RESTON, Virginia, April 16, 2018 – Alethix LLC, a leading-edge Federal IT Solution provider, announces ISO 9001:2015 certification for its Quality Management System (QMS) as of April 12, 2018. The certification audit was conducted by International Certifications USA, LLC.
ISO 9001:2015 is an internationally-recognized standard based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach and continual improvement.
To prepare for the audit, the Alethix Operations team conducted a rigorous assessment of the firm’s existing quality management practices and created a roadmap for alignment to the ISO 9001:2015 standard. The Alethix Operations Team then executed the activities identified in the plan by creating and revising corporate quality management artifacts to cover all phases of the service delivery lifecycle and worked with corporate process owners across the organization to implement the new QMS.
