Matthew Candy is responsible for developing and implementing IntelliBridge’s organic and inorganic growth initiatives. As Executive Vice President and Chief Growth Officer, he leads Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Business Development activities as IntelliBridge continues its aggressive growth trajectory.

Candy has over 20 years of experience developing and executing growth strategies, both as an industry executive and consultant.  He has facilitated numerous M&A transactions, Strategic Planning efforts, Strategy projects and BD-related engagements for corporate and private equity clients. Candy co-founded Arena Strategic Advisors in 2014 and prior to that was a senior executive at both General Dynamics Information Technology and ManTech International.
