Sam Garbia – Vice President, Contracts & Compliance

As the Vice President, Contracts & Compliance – Mr. Garbia represents the company across all aspects of federal procurement, including but not limited to: contract and performance reviews, negotiations, bid protests, claims, dispute resolutions, audits, and investigations. Mr. Garbia ensures that the company is in compliance with federal solicitation and contract requirements, company policies, and all applicable laws and regulations.

Mr. Garbia maintains expert knowledge and understanding of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) Supplement, and other U.S. and international acquisition regulations affecting the Company’s interests. Mr. Garbia is the responsible for negotiating legal agreements and overseeing the company’s contractual relationships with clients, banks, partners, vendors, subcontractors, employees, consultants, and other professional parties.

Additionally, Mr. Garbia serves as key strategic advisor on major business transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures.
