Reggie Wilson has more than 25 years of experience as the Director of Project Management Office (PMO) with outstanding program/project management, conflict, risk, and people management skills in both private and public sectors in Information Technology Services. Reggie is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) working 15 years with Federal Communications Commission (FCC) on Technical Delivery and Contract and Portfolio Management. He transformed the Enterprises Development Support Mechanism from a Waterfall Methodology to an Agile Framework where he accomplished CMMI Level III Certification.
Reggie has also spent time at Fannie-Mae working within the Enterprise Project Management Office (ePMO) as a Portfolio Manager overseeing multiple programs and, projects which include the Enterprise Data Lake Migration from on-prem legacy solution to the Amazon Cloud (AWS).
Recently Reggie worked at the U.S. Department of Commerce Census Bureau on the 2020 Census Decennial Project to provide Project Management Office oversite on the entire Technical Self-Response solution adopting the Agile Delivery Framework (ADF).
Today, Reggie supports several federal agency projects with the U.S. Department of Commerce – Census Bureau, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) – Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and Small Business Administration (SBA).
