Peter Frith – Director of Customer Engagement

As Director of Customer Engagement, Peter drives strategic growth of existing programs by developing customer and corporate relationships. Peter works with Alethix program managers to ensure program requirements are being met and help customers identify areas for organization and technology improvement. Peter also leads Alethix business development and capture operations through implementing Alethix corporate growth strategy with price-to-win proposals, competitive intel/market research, and bid and proposal operations while championing a customer-focused culture.

With over 15 years of Federal financial, technology, and strategic management consulting in the public sector, Peter is passionate in driving early and sustainable value to his clients on every Alethix engagement. Peter specializes in improving Federal Agencies operations through implementation of new and emerging technologies, modernizing processes and practices, and organizational and cultural change.

Prior to joining Alethix, Peter served as program manager for wide variety of technology and organizational improvement engagements at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Department of State (DOS), Department of Justice (DOJ), Immigrations and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), Federal Protective Service (FPS), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and the United States Coast Guard (USCG).

Peter holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Maryland Robert H. Smith School of Business, is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), and a certified LaMarsh Global Managed Change Agent.
