Ed Ramadan – Program Director

As Alethix Program Director, Ed overseas delivery across multiple organizational portfolios. He is responsible for guiding and refining our AGILE process, development, project/program delivery, and establishing and controlling project/program scope. Ed focuses and thrives on improving operational stakeholder engagement efficiency with a proven track record of identifying root causes, operational gaps, and risks while developing and guiding the respective scalable solutions.

Ed brings over 15 years of experience in IT project management, consulting and delivering mission critical projects in the federal, commercial and non-profit sectors. As a servant leader, Ed serves as an internal organizational resource for staff to advise on IT best practices, processes and crafting optimal effective technology solutions for meeting both strategic and operational needs.

Prior to joining Alethix, Ed served as the Director of Technology at Pentagon Federal Credit Union. He also led programs at ICF, QinetiQ North America and 3H Technology by supporting federal agencies including United States Department of Agriculture and the General Services Administration, in addition to commercial agencies including Centene and Anthem.

Ed holds a Masters Degree in Software Engineering, and a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from George Mason University and has earned multiple industry certification including PMP, ITIL, SAFE & AWS.
